This cream can was found on a farm in rural France. 

These were used all over Europe to separate the cream that rose to the top of the can and then poured off to be saved or sold separately.

 The hole on the back served to hang the can on the barn wall!

It has chips in the enamel and rust bits here and there ....

The can sits level even though it's worn... it holds liquid :)

I think it's vintage condition add to it's wonderful charm!!
