This is a necklace made by a local California artisan who makes her jewelry from vintage and antique medals, religious relics and salvage pieces.

This French medal is from the WW1 given to soldiers for special operations.

The back read Francaise RepvbliQve Grande Guerre 1912-1914.

It medal appears to be bronze and is embellished with a MOP crucifix.

It has a simple hook enclosure, ready to wear,
